Office of Scientific Operations

The Office of Scientific Operations serves as the NCI Project Office for the Frederick National Lab Operations and Technical Support (OTS), Computer & Statistical Services (C&SS), and Scientific Library contracts. The OTS contract is presently held by Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) Frederick, while the C&SS contract is held by Data Management Services, Inc. (DMS), the Scientific Library contract is presently held by Wilson Information Services Corporation (WISCO), and the animal care and production contract is presently held by Charles River Laboratories (CRL). The Office of the Scientific Operations is the focal point for development and coordination of contact and contractor requirements. This Office also provides overall scientific administrative management, as well as program planning, for the Frederick National Lab.
