Parent Communication
At CCLC, we have an “Open Door” policy. Parents of enrolled children may visit the
school at any time, whether announced or unannounced. Parents are more than welcome
to join us for lunch, help with projects, join in circle time, or just come and
observe. Parent conferences are available twice a year, in the Fall and Spring,
or upon request. These conferences are designed to discuss your child’s development,
participation in the program and to answer questions you may have. In addition,
you will receive a formal assessment of your child. Each room has a parent information
board which posts weekly curriculum, nap charts, snack menu and any important notices.
Monthly newsletters are also provided to parents.
