Purification Development

• Develop robust, validated virus removal/inactivation steps for a large number of humanized, chimeric and murine antibodies and fusion proteins.
• Develop a variety of orthogonal methods to purify proteins and plasmids by charge, size and hydrophobicity.
• Develop purification processes for herpes virus, poliovirus, and adenovirus platforms and transfer to CGMP manufacturing for production of gene therapy vectors and oncolytic viruses.
