Ms. Julia Lam joined the Conference and Events Planning team in 2008. Prior to joining
SAIC-Frederick, Julia was with Director of Events for Martin Medical Services where
she planned and implemented large medical conferences and educational meetings for
the Department of Health and the State AIDS Drug Assistance Programs.
