• Meetings and seminars are posted on the NCI-Frederick Events Calendar.
• Audio-visual assistance is available.
• The Conference Center has limited equipment available for checkout. Please ask the Conference Center Staff for information on equipment available for loan.
• Get help with your presentation materials.

Digital Signage System:

The Conference Center has a digital Infocaster signage system projected on a 60” plasma screen in the lobby of the conference center. Advertisement of your conference, seminar, meeting, or event is FREE on the Infocaster. Contact the Conference Center staff for details on posting your event on the system.
