• Employees are notified through phone trees, email, and an NIH-managed emergency notification system called Send Word Now
• Employees should consult their supervisor for additional notification guidance that may pertain to individual programs
• Public address systems within campus buildings may also be used to relay important notifications and messages to employees

Who Reports to Work?

• SAIC-Frederick, Inc., Protective Service maintains an updated roster of all NCI-Frederick COOP Teams required to maintain essential functions during an emergency
• Employees should consult their supervisor for questions pertaining to the COOP Team roster and any role they may have during an emergency event
