HIV Drug Resistance Program Conference: Trafficking of Viral Macromolecules

December 14, 2012
Frederick National Laboratory, Building 549 Conference Center

Dear Colleagues:

We are pleased to announce that the HIV Drug Resistance Program Conference: Trafficking of Viral Macromolecules will be held on the afternoon of December 14 in the conference center of the Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research, Frederick, Maryland. The HIV Drug Resistance Program of the Center for Cancer Research (CCR) is hosting this conference, with financial support from the CCR Center of Excellence in HIV/AIDS & Cancer Virology, to showcase the latest findings on viral macromolecule trafficking. Our goal is to gain insights into the mechanisms of macromolecule trafficking in a variety of virus systems, which will aid in the development of new and more effective antiviral therapies.

Invited speakers in the outstanding program include Paul Ahlquist (Howard Hughes Medical Institute and Morgridge Institute for Research, University of Wisconsin - Madison), Scott D. Emr (Cornell University), Stephen Goff (Howard Hughes Medical Institute and Columbia University), David Grunwald (University of Massachusetts Medical School, Department of Biochemistry and RNA Therapeutics Institute), and Brett Lindenbach (Yale University School of Medicine).

We hope you will be able to join us at the HIV Drug Resistance Program Conference: Trafficking of Viral Macromolecules on December 14.

Best regards,
