Available Strain Details

Strain Information
Common Strain Name: P190 BCR-ABL Pricing and Ordering Information
Strain Nomenclature: B6;CBA-Tg(BCR/ABL)623Hkp/Nci
Animal State: Cryoarchived Strains
Release Category (Required for MTA form): B1,D

Strain Description: Mice develop leukemia/lymphoma generally within one year of age. This serves as a model for Philadelphia-chromosome (Ph-chromosome) positive leukemia. It closely models Ph-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia in humans. The model can be used to test possible therapeutics (see reference 2) as well as studying disease progression.
