Resource management in the form of “outsourcing” continues to be a valuable tool for the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) department. The O&M department uses this resource as an integral part of its approach to customer service. These outsourced activities are often performed “behind the scenes” to enable us to direct our in-house O&M staff to interact face-to-face with our customers. Reduced wait times and quicker response is another benefit of outsourcing that our customers appreciate.

Safety Tip:

Whether at work or at home, personal protective equipment (PPE) is necessary to avoid harmful exposure or injury. Exposure to elevated noise, potentially harmful gases and liquids, or objects ejected from work activities can be an everyday occurrence. Protecting your health and safety depends on your attitude and your commitment to the proper use and maintenance of your PPE. Please click on the graphic to the right for workplace PPE information, and please remember to follow the same rules at home.
