Abstract Submission


Due to the rising COVID-19 levels in Montgomery county, the 2022 Cancer Immunology and Immunotherapy Conference: Discovery to Mainstream Oncology will be virtual only.

There will be no in-person poster session.  

Abstract Deadline August 31!

Presenting authors must also register for the meeting as the submission of an abstract does not register you for the meeting.

Preparing your presentation

  • You are allowed a maximum of THREE minutes to describe your research. Within that time frame, you are expected to provide a brief introduction of yourself, research summary and brief closing.
  • To include a three minute description of your research, record your presentation in PowerPoint or Keynote.  Be sure to speak slowly and clearly. Detailed instructions on how to include an audio recording can be downloaded here.
  • Make sure to include your presentation title on your PowerPoint.
  • Make sure to include your contact information so people can reach you if they have questions.

Submitting your files

  • Please upload the following files to the conference website under the “Abstract” tab. All file names MUST include your first and last name (example: 2023-Abstract-JANE_SMITH).
    • PowerPoint only (.pptx)
    • PowerPoint and Video file (.mov or .mp4)
