Join us for our Construction Small Business Conference to learn about an upcoming competition! 

Leidos Biomedical Research (LBR) is seeking qualified small business construction contractors capable of providing renovation, alteration, repair, and construction services under a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.

Work will primarily be performed at Fort Detrick, Frederick, Maryland, including the Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research (FNLCR), and at Government-leased facilities located throughout the Frederick, Maryland area.

Ordering Period

Base Period: Date of Award through August 30, 2027
Option Year 1: August 31, 2027 – August 30, 2028
Option Year 2: August 31, 2028 – August 30, 2029
Option Year 3: August 31, 2029 – August 30, 2030
Option Year 4: August 31, 2030 – August 30, 2031

Requirement For Subcontract Eligibility

Small business construction companies shall have an office within a 60-mile radius of Frederick, MD. This is a technical requirement as some of our needs include a 24-hour turnaround or same-day service.
