    Decreases in the detection of CD127 expression on T cells of human immunodeficiency virus-infected patients by flow cytometry can occur by delayed processing or by peripheral blood mommuclear cell isolation and cryopreservation. These observations should be considered in the interpretation of functional studies and the planning of multicenter clinical trials
