NCI at Frederick Article/Book Request Form

This service is restricted to current employees of NCI at Frederick who have registered for a Library Account with the Scientific Library or ATRF Library. Requests from unauthorized sources will not be processed. For questions about this service, please visit the InterLibrary Loan information page on the Library's website, or contact the Library.

  • Complete the request form as instructed; incomplete requests may be returned.
  • In compliance with copyright law, the Library will copy one contribution to a single journal issue or book per requestor.
  • Use one form per item requested.
  • items not in the Scientific Library's collection will be obtained for you from another Library.
  • Books will be held for pickup at the Circulation Desk in the Scientific Library in Building 549 or at the ATRF Library.

The Copyright Law of the United States (Title 17, United States Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material. Under certain conditions specified in the law, libraries and archives are authorized to furnish a photocopy or other reproduction.
