  1. Abstract:

    [GRAPHICS] Nitric oxide prodrugs derived from hindered secondary amines were prepared. The decomposition patterns of these prodrugs indicate that alpha-methyl groups around the nitrogen bearing the diazeniumdiolate group prolong their half-life in aqueous buffer.
