  1. Abstract:

A correlation was found between the organization of tumor necrosis factor/lymphotoxin genes in chromatin and their expression. Mapping of the DNase I hypersensitive sites revealed differences in chromatin structure between cells differing in the intensity of TNF/LT gene expression. [References: 24]
