Any research activity conducted at Frederick National Lab involving living, identifiable
human subjects shall commence only with Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval
or when exemption from this requirement has been received from the NIH Office for
Human Subjects Research (OHSR) through the Office of Scientific Operations, Frederick National Lab,
or the appropriate division office.

Submit a PR for research activity involving living, identifiable human subjects
and route through the CMRP Program Office, Attn: Craig Gladden for review prior
to submitting to the Purchasing Department.
