Amendments

The IBC must be notified when there are changes to your research project within the 3-year approval period. Amendments include, but are not limited to:

  • Changes in research materials (including new Tg/KO/KI strains of animals);
  • Addition of animal work, new strains, etc.
  • Changes in the manipulation of material or in the amounts of materials used;
  • Addition/deletion of personnel or research locations;
  • Change in PI

Submit a new registry, an amendment or a renewal to NCI-Frederick IBC

NOTE: For faster processing, please submit all forms electronically (as Word documents) with the exception of signature sheets. Once signed, they can be faxed to 301-846-6619 or emailed to the address above as a PDF.
