  • The Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) is the only authorized solicitation of Federal employees in their workplace on behalf of approved charitable organizations.
  • During this week the Library staff will host two events, including a webinar about open access and a live, multi-presenter program about both open and public access, plus informational emails and handouts on the topics.
  • Starting September 2014, the existing Avaya phones at the NCI at Frederick campus are being replaced over the next 18 months with new VoIP (Voice over IP) phones. The VoIP system uses the same infrastructure and wiring as what’s currently being used by the computers connected to the NCI at Frederick network.
  • This is a peer-nominated awards program, so all employees are invited to participate and to nominate their colleagues. The deadline to submit your nominations has been extended to Friday, October 24, 2014.
