best ribs you'll ever make with the "grill" as optional at the end. However it does take 2 days prepration, it is soooo worth it.
Several racks of baby back ribs. Rub with olive oil and rub
a course barbeque rub/dry bbq rub onto them. Let the rub
penetrate for an hour or two. In the nterim, heat enough cans
of chicken stock to eventually cover the ribs 2/3 high in a
roasting pan.(depending on the number of racks you cook will determine
the volume of stock.
Place rib racks in roasting pan and pour hot chicken stock around
the sides of the ribs covering 2/3 way. Cover w/foil and place
in oven on 275 degrees for 3.5 to 4 hours.
Remove and place in refridgerator overnight (foil on)When your
ready to finish cooking the following day, pull the foil off
and you'll see the stock turned to gelatine, scrape it off
and finish the ribs either on the grill at 400 degrees or the
oven at 400 degress for about 20 minutes. Add your favorite bbq
sauce at this stage of sprinkle with more dry rub prior to
