A hearty breakfast dish of eggs, cheese, bread and
other ingredients resulting in a tasty layered casserole.
10 slices bread (quartered)
1/4c onion (diced)
8 oz Swiss cheese (sliced)
10 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled slightly)
2 c milk
Salt & pepper to taste
Grease bottom of 8x10 casserole dish. Layer half bread,
half onion, half bacon, half the cheese and repeat layer.
Scramble the eggs, milk, salt & pepper and then pour
over layers. Cover and let set overnight.
Bake uncovered 350 degrees - 45-50 min.
