Description: Layered Mexican Dip

1 Lb Lean Ground Beef, fried
1 15 oz can refried beans
1 16 oz container sour cream
1 Large ripe tomato, diced and set on paper towels to absorb excess juice
1 small sweet (mayan or vidalia) onion, diced
2 avocados, de-seeded and mashed
3 tbs mayonnaise
1 pk of dry taco seasoning
10 oz of shredded Mexican style cheese (Kraft)
1 small can of sliced black olives
1 can green chili peppers, diced (Optional)
Salt and pepper to taste.

Combine taco mix into container of sour cream, let set 10 minutes.
Heat refried beans, then spread evenly onto bottom of standard size dinner dish
Layer lean fried hamburger on top of beans
Add mayonnaise to the avocados, then spread on top of hamburger
Layer 16 oz container of sour cream (that has set with taco dip mixed in) on top of avocados
Layer tomatoes on top of sour cream
Layer diced green chili peppers (Optional) on top of tomatoes
Layer diced onions
Layer sliced black olives
Top with 10 oz of finely grated Mexican or Taco style cheese. Pat on sides and on top.

May be served immediately with taco chips (store bought or homemade). Also keeps well in refrigerator up to 4 hours prior to serving.

Use cake server to cut and serve.
