This Conference examines key elements of subcontracting with Leidos Biomed and is designed to provide, those new to Leidos Biomed subcontracting or those looking for a basic refresher, with an understanding of the entire Leidos Biomed subcontracting process. This Conference guides attendees through the subcontracting process from pre-solicitation, release of solicitation, award, delivery and closeout; often referred to as “cradle to grave subcontract administration”.
Conference Objectives:
- Leidos Biomed – Who we are and What we do
- Understand the Leidos Biomed subcontracting process
- Comprehend the “privity” of subcontract concept
- Identify special flow-down requirements
- Understand standard contractual reports and deliverables
- Understand the subcontract closeout process

- This is a Subcontracting Course Offering for Small & Non-Profit Businesses and Universities
- Time: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Cost: Conference is free. As a Government Contractor, Leidos Biomed is unable to pay or reimburse Subcontractors for any costs associated with attending this Conference. In addition, travel costs and all other expenditures (Labor) are the sole responsibility of the Subcontractor.
- This is a ‘green’ event. Participants will have access to the presentations before the Conference to print yourselves or to view on your electronic devices. Public Wi-Fi access is available.
