PALS Accreditation
CCLC is committed to the standards of the National Association for the Education
of Young Children (NAEYC, www.naeyc.org). Early childhood
specialists and educators of the association have set standards of excellence in
the areas of health & safety, staff qualifications, classroom environment, curriculum
and teacher-child interactions. NAEYC standards are above and beyond the state licensing
requirements. NAEYC Accreditation is awarded only to high quality early childhood
programs reviewed by a national commission comprised of recognized experts in childcare
and early childhood education. All CCLC programs are set up to achieve NAEYC Accreditation
and currently maintains a 75% Accreditation success rate. CCLC Capitol City will
pursue NAEYC Accreditation when eligible, 1 year after operation.
