CCR Fellows & Young Investigators

The FYI Association was organized to foster the professional advancement of member clinicians and scientists at CCR.

Summer Internship Program (SIP)

The SIP allows High school or an accredited U.S. college or university as undergraduate, graduate, or professional students to perform research through “hands-on” laboratory training during the summer. SIP Personnel Package Checklist

Undergraduate Internship Program (UIP)

The UIP at the NCI at Frederick will offer undergraduates an opportunity to participate in an unpaid internship in an NCI laboratory or program and receive degree credit from their college or university.

Werner H. Kirsten Student Intern Program (WHK SIP)

This program, located at NCI at Frederick, is designed to expose high school seniors from local school public school systems and home schooled environments to research through "hands-on" laboratory training.

Visiting Scholars Program

The Visiting Scholars Program is now accepting applications in response to the Visiting Scholar Opportunities for 2013.

Summer Student Poster Series

Poster Day provides an opportunity for our interns to present their research to the NCI at Frederick and Fort Detrick scientific communities.

Summer Student Seminar Series

The Seminar Series allows summer interns to meet one another and hear about the broad range of research being carried out on the Frederick campus.
