Fluidigm Access Array Project and Sample Submission Requirements
All requests for scientific and analytical work must be submitted through CSAS. Please contact Kristen Pike for more information regarding submitting requests, costs, and additional sources of funding for your project.
The table below summarizes the sample requirements for efficient and reliable processing of your specimens. We recommend that samples be quantified via either Nanodrop or PicoGreen prior to normalization and shipment to the Laboratory of Molecular Technology.
|Description of Service||Sample Type||Min.Vol. per reaction (uL)||Min. Conc. (ng/uL)||Total DNA per PCR reaction (ug)||Format|
|Fluidigm Access Array for next generation sequencing||DNA||>20 ul||>50 ng/ul||> 1,000 ng or 1 ug||Pantek 96 well plates, part number 99990040bc|
