The ACL supplies characterization data to the CPTC which hosts the information as “open source”. The antibody characterization data is located at: http://antibodies.cancer.gov/apps/site/default
Both the antigen and antibody characterization data is available for most antibodies. Additionally protocols used for generating the data are available for all assays. To download, go to http://antibodies.cancer.gov/apps/site/default and search for specific protocols associated with unique monoclonal antibodies.
