Digital Spatial Profiling (DSP) is a novel digital spatial technology offering high-plex measurement of protein and nucleic acids in spatial context with unparalleled levels of precision. Using the GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiler, you can quantify more than 1600 targets (RNA or protein) on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) or fresh-frozen tissue on a microscope slide in a completely non-destructive manner!
