Dr. Irizarry will describe limitations of current single cell RNA-Seq workflows, along with solutions to dimension reduction, cell-type classification, and statistical significance of clustering. Then he will discuss his spatial transcriptomice work in cell type annotation and discovery of spatially varying genes.
