What We Provide
A Website for Your Conference
Our group creates basic registration websites for the NCI at Frederick community. A basic site includes several standard web pages with the possibility for more.
Quick Turn Around Time
Our process enables us to get your website up and running in roughly 5 business days if all relevant information is provided.
An Online Registration Form
Our standard form collects registrant’s contact information and their abstract (if needed). We can add fields for you, but we are somewhat limited by the structure of the website. Your site will include a simple admin interface for real time submission tracking.
What We Don't Provide
Content
We will work with you to get your website ready, but you must give us the content. This includes things like event title, description, images, and registration dates.
Comprehensive Customization
The websites we create share a common design and layout which means the overall design (things like the layout, colors, and fonts) can not be changed.
Registration Fee Collection
NCI at Frederick events are free, and as such we do not do any payment collection.
Our Process
Request
To request a website please fill out the Conference Registration Request Form. We ask that you have your conference information ready when you submit a request.
Discuss
We will review your request internally and contact you to discuss specific requirements. This initial discussion will help us determine and gather additional information like images, documents, and website structure.
Implement
We’ll work on our side to get your site up and running. We will communicate any potential roadblocks or concerns to you.
Review
Once your site is ready we will send you a "test" link so you can review it before launch.
Launch
After your approval we will launch your site. Once launched, conference registration will open automatically.
