SSACB 2025 has been rescheduled to August 18-22.

The registration fee is 200$ for non-NIH applicants. The registration fee will cover coffee breaks and after-hours events, however it does NOT cover accommodation, travel and meals, which will be on your own. NIH participants are exempted from the registration fee.

**As a gov't employee, including any NIH fellows if you would like to partake in the light refreshments, please remember to use personal funds, as no government funds can be used to purchase light refreshments.

Security info (not applicable to NIH employees). The meeting is open to everyone. Because NIH is a federal facility, all visitors will need to pre-register at least 30 days before the event. Non-US nationals will need to provide information similar to what is required for their US entry (e.g. passport). This information will be securely collected separately once your registration is confirmed. NIH is unable to help with visa sponsorship.
