Vbrick Stream – Attendee Instructions 

 Sign In Information:   

 We recommend that you join at least 10 minutes before the meeting begins.      

 PLEASE NOTE:   If you are a viewer who works in an environment where VPN is being utilized, disconnecting from VPN may also better your streaming experience.         

NCI Staff instructions:      

  1. We recommend disconnecting from the VPN and closing other running applications on your computer. You may also watch this webcast using your smartphone.      
  1. Click on the Vbrick link provided.     
  1. NCI Staff, select Sign In under the “Existing User” section, on the left of the page.     
  1. Enter your NCI username and password.    
  1. Click Sign In.       

If you are not an NCI Staff, follow these instructions below:    

  1. We recommend disconnecting from the VPN and closing other running applications on your computer. You may also watch this webcast using your smartphone.      
  1. Click on the Vbrick link provided above.    
  1. Under the Guests section, enter your first and last name in the “Display Name” field.     
  1. Enter your email in the “Email” field.      
  1. Check the consent/authorization box.     
  1. Click Sign in as guest.      

During the Meeting 

Vbrick Live stream controls:   

  • Click the information tab to close it. This is indicated on the right of the screen by the letter "i."     
  • All other meeting controls are located on the lower right of the event window.   
  • For Full screen, select the far-right bottom icon within the video to enlarge the presentation window.     
  • To the left of the full screen, you have the option to control Closed caption, volume, and video Layout. Adjust as needed.   
  • Select the Video layout option to control the ratio of the Speaker's video to the presentation. The Video layout option is only available during a presentation.
