We have established a group discounted rate or the government per diem rate at three hotels. Please utilize the direct booking link associated with each hotel or call the hotel directly and mention “group NIH SOM Symposium”. Attendees are responsible for their own transportation, but some hotels have options. When planning travel, ensure you allot time for security, check in, and navigating to Building 45 from the NIH Visitor’s Center.
All guestroom charges including room, tax and/or incidentals will be the responsibility of the individual traveler. The group rates are a courtesy, and you may find other rooms and rates available through each hotel’s main website.
Each hotel has its own official cut-off date, so if you try to book after that date, please call the hotel directly as they may extend the discounted rate if rooms are available.
