Event Description

In this Free workshop, participants will learn how to use NCBI’s new genome browser, the Genome Data Viewer, to search for and access sequence and annotation data from more than 500 Eukaryotic RefSeq genome assemblies at NCBI, as well as Hub data from UCSC. With the Genome Data Viewer, you can quickly find variation, expression, and phenotype information, and more, and even compare your own data to NCBI data, side by side, for rapid discovery.
