Abstract Submission

Only invited abstracts will be accepted. Emails were sent out to those whom have been invited to present a poster. If you are unsure please contact Julia Lam.

Deadline for abstract submission is September 5, 2024.

Guidelines for Abstract Submission: Please follow the guidelines below for preparing your abstract. Abstracts that do not comply with the stated specifications may be returned for editing.

Please use Microsoft Word for PC or Mac to type your abstract. Be sure to save the abstract on your computer prior to uploading.
File name should have the AUTHORS last name listed (example: 2024-Abstract-SMITH)
Text should be single-spaced, 10-point Times New Roman font with 1-inch margins.
The body of the abstract must not exceed more than 2300 characters, including spaces. In addition, the whole of the document (including title, authors, affiliations) must not exceed 4.5 inches in length on the vertical rule in Word. Abstracts exceeding this length limit will be returned for editing.
The first letter of each word in your TITLE should be capitalized.
List the authors' first and last names and affiliations in both uppercase and lowercase letters, directly below the title.
Underline the name of the presenting author
Identify the corresponding affiliation and location for each author.
Skip one line between the listing of authors and the text of your abstract.

Example:

Molecular Remissions of Hairy Cell Leukemia with Anti-CD22 Recombinant Immunotoxin Moxetumomab Pasudotox Correlate with Improved Complete Remission Duration in Phase 1 and 3 Testing.
