Information for Presenters

Preparing and Presenting your poster:

Please make the dimensions of your poster no larger than 4’ high X 6’ long.
Pushpins and Velcro will be available.
Posters will need to be hung at their assigned location in the morning, and taken down in the evening.
Presenters are requested to stay near their posters during the poster session to field questions and discuss their findings.
