Any person within NCI or FNLCR is eligible for an account on the FRCE cluster. There is no charge for the account. You may place a request by following the link below. Please allow 2-3 days for the account to be made active.

Access to the cluster is enabled through Active Directory entries. Similarly, groups are also managed by Active Directory. The FRCE admins do not have privileges in Active Directory so all requests to create or modify groups will need to be requested through a Service Now ticket. When requesting that a new group be created, it is imperative that the request include configuring POSIX attributes for the group.
