Information for Presenters

Abstracts for poster are to be submitted at:

The program committee will select a subset of the abstracts for oral presentations. Two types of seminar berths will be offered: short talk (12min + 3min questions) or flash talk (5min, no questions). You will be contacted by the program committee, 2 weeks prior to the retreat, if your abstract gets selected

Preparing and Presenting your poster:

• Please make the dimensions of your poster no larger than 4’ high X 6’ long. 
• Pushpins and Velcro will be available.  
• Posters will need to be hung at their assigned location in the morning, and taken down in the evening. This is an internal retreat so all information from seminars and posters should be treated as confidential. 
• Presenters are requested to stay near their posters during the poster session to field questions and discuss their findings.
