How to order lunch
The building’s cafeteria offers only very limited options. It is also self-checkout and credit card only. We suggest that attendees order a boxed lunch through the following service.
Please place your order before the deadline: 04/29/2024
For boxed lunch orders for multiple days, each day needs an individual order with payment attached.
When ordering for multiples days, it is easier to create an account, so that your online wallet and personal information are saved so that you don't have to input each time. You can login and select your food choice and checkout.
To place your boxed lunch order:
- Eurest Catering link: https://eurestconferencecatering.catertrax.com/menuGrid.asp?mode=p&a=3&cg=21&c=177&intCustomerID=%29w%2C%7C%CD
- Click on “Order” at the top bar of the home page.
- On the drop-down menu, click "Meal Boxes".
- At the top of that page, click on "Sandwich and Salad Boxes".
- Click on option of choice: either “Sandwich Boxes” or “Salad Boxes".
- For "Sandwich Boxes", there are five sandwich options. Enter the number of lunch boxes you are ordering in the box next to the selected choice.
- For "Salad Boxes", there are three salad options. Enter the number of salad boxes you are ordering in the box next to the selected choice.
- Add any special instructions in the space provided.
- Enter your full name in the space "Item is For:".
- Click on "Add to Cart".
- A pop-up box will display: xx Items in Your Cart.
- Click on “Placing an Order?: Select Your Date and Time".
- Click "On Campus Delivery".
- Date: "May 2-3, 2024".
- Time: Select "12:00 pm".
- Click "Update". This will bring you back to the page for ordering.
- Click on the cart in upper right of page to go back to cart and complete ordering process.
- Click “Continue as a Guest".
- For Contact Email: Enter your email.
- Click "Checkout".
- On the right of the page For “Delivery".
- Location: enter “On Campus Delivery".
- Contact Name: enter “Pamm Malone".
- Building: enter NCI Shady Grove Campus (9609 Medical Center Drive)
- Room Name/Room #: enter "Auditorium".
- Meeting Name: enter “Participant and Provider Engagement Workshop".
- Contact Phone: enter “240-276-6666".
- Contact Information:
- First Name: “your first name".
- Last Name: “your last name".
- Click "Continue".
- "Payment Method" will display credit card.
- Under payment method, click "Click here to enter new credit card".
- Follow the prompts for credit card payment.
