Services

Digital Signage System

The Conference Center has a digital signage system projected on a 60" plasma screen in the central lobby. Advertisement of your conference, seminar, meeting, or event is free on the system. Contact the Conference Center staff for details on posting your event on the system.

Equipment

The Conference Center has limited equipment available for checkout. Please ask the Conference Center staff for information on equipment available for loan.

Note: No loaned equipment may leave the conference center rooms.

Discovery Café Catering

The Discovery Café offers a great variety of wraps and sandwiches, as well as breakfast items. The minimum order is to serve 5 peple. All orders must be placed online.

Scientific Publications, Graphics & Media

In addition to printing high-quality posters, SPGM provides professional design, editing, and proofreading services.
