2021 Spring Research Festival: Webex Access Information

Instructions for Accessing Spring Research Festival Presentations:

There are two ways in which you can access the Spring Research Festival Presentations.

Visit the Webex link that coordinates to the day you are viewing
Click the 'Join Meeting' button
If you do not have the Webex app downloaded on your device, select 'Join from your browser'
Enter the information requested (name, organization, email, etc.)
Enter the meeting password which coordinates to the day you are viewing
Verify that the audio and video components are the tools you wish to use (computer, headset, speakers, etc.)
Select 'Join Meeting'

Visit www.webex.com and select the 'Join a meeting' tab in the top banner
Enter the meeting number access code in the text box that corresponds to the day you are viewing
Enter the information requested (name, organization, email, etc.)
Enter the meeting password which coordinates to the day you are viewing
Select 'Join Meeting'
Verify that the audio and video components are the tools you wish to use (computer, headset, speakers, etc.)
Select 'Join Meeting'
