Beginning January 13, 2020, NCI at Frederick will transition to a new ticketing system for requesting IT assistance called, NCI at Your Service! This new user portal will allow staff to easily and efficiently submit IT service requests online, access real-time ticket status, and perform searches for IT knowledge articles and information. The existing C&SS Helpdesk Request system will be retired once the new service portal becomes active. Staff may bookmark the new URL starting January 13th: https://service.cancer.gov

Please note the NCI at Frederick Helpdesk will retain the same contact channels for phone and email requests — only the online request process will be transitioned to a new system.
